Transferring video slideshows to a device

ProShow Devices Plug-in, ProShow Gold, ProShow Producer, ProShow Web

The plug-in lets you easily create slideshows that you can watch anywhere, on popular mobile and TV devices including the new iPhone 5S, iPad, Apple TV and more. The plug-in works directly with ProShow Producer and ProShow Gold to create videos compatible with any device you select.

The method for copying your video file onto your device depends on the manufacturer. In some cases, you will need to connect the device to a computer using the cable that came with the device, then sync the file using the device manufacturer’s software (e.g. iTunes, Blackberry software, etc).  Other devices will accept the transfer of the file via a memory card or USB flash drive. Consult your device’s documentation for complete details.

What transferring method does my device support?

Not all devices support the same method for copying video files.  This is why it is extremely important to consult the documentation for your device prior to copying a video outputted from ProShow to your device.  Most devices require a specific video format in order for the device to properly playback your video.

  2. Launch the software that was supplied with your device (e.g. iTunes software, Blackberry software, etc).
