If you are experiencing issues with ProShow connecting to the internet you may need to create an exception for ProShow in your anti-virus software installed on your computer.

To add your show to your iDevice using iTunes, you need to output your show using the Device output option in ProShow. Then you need to import the video into iTunes by adding the video to your iTunes library. Finally, you need to connect your iDevice to your computer and click on the ‘Movies’ tab found under your iDevice interface in iTunes and select the video you would like to sync with your device.

Start by selecting ‘Video for Web and Devices’ from the ‘Publish’ workspace.  Click the ‘Add’ button located on the lower left of the dialog that comes up, below the list of existing profiles, and you’re well on your way to making a custom profile.

There is no installation required to use the Devices Plug-in in ProShow.  To enable the Devices Plug-in, enter your device plug-in registration key into ProShow by clicking on ‘Help’ and selecting ‘Enter Registration’ from the drop down menu.

Entering your product registration is simple.  Just enter the name, phone number and registration key into the registration window exactly as provided.

The Device plug-in allows you to output to specific formats that you would otherwise not be able to output to when using the ‘Output to Device’ method in ProShow.

These formats include the AAC and AMR audio formats which are required for devices such as your Ipod, Iphone, Ipad, some Sony products and other various devices. If you do not have a need to output video files that need the AAC or AMR audio formats, you do not need the Device plug-in for ProShow.
