In order for the ProShow Plug-in for Lightroom to work properly you must make sure the plug-in knows where ProShow is installed on your computer. To set the installation path for ProShow in the plug-in, scroll down to the bottom of the export plug-in dialog and locate the section labeled ‘ProShow Configuration’ and click the ‘Browse’ button.
If you just installed the ProShow Plug-in for Lightroom and are receiving the ProShow Isn’t Configured error message when trying to export your images, we have an easy fix for you.
Configuring ProShow in Lightroom
- From the ProShow plug-in export dialog scroll down to the ProShow Configuration section of the plug-in.
- Then click on the Browse button located on the right-hand side of the configuration section and locate the ProShow installation path .
- Once the installation path is located, select proshow.exe from the folder and then click Select to insert the path into the plug-in.
- Now click on Export again and see if you are able to successfully export your images to ProShow.
Default path for ProShow Producer is: C:\Program Files(x86)\Photodex\ProShowProducer
Default path for ProShow Gold is: C:\Program Files(x86)\Photodex\ProShowGold
