Orders and Shipping

The best way to find out the status of your order is using our order status page. You can see the current status, the dates your items were shipped, and any registration keys issued.

Delivery of Registration Keys and Downloads

Your registration keys are emailed to you immediately after your order is processed. You can download and use your products as soon as you receive these keys. If your order has been completed and you don’t see the email from us, check your spam folder. You can also use the Order Status page to look up your order (including registrations and download links).

Shipping Times for Physical Products

For orders that include a box, our typical shipping times can be anywhere between 3 to 14 business days for delivery.  This may depend on your location as well, since we are shipping our products from Texas, USA, your order may take longer than expected depending on your location.

Please note that some orders do not have a box included with them.  Be sure to double check that your order included a box as well, as many times, it is mistaken that box is ordered when only the electronic version was purchased.

Typically, our international customers can expect longer times for delivery.  Please note that in some international delivery cases, there are additional customs or taxes imposed on the shipment.  Please note that we cannot be responsible nor liable for these customs and they cannot be avoided for shipping of physical products.

If you suspect that your package has been lost or misdelivered, and it has been more than the expected shipping time, please Contact Us to verify we have the correct address on file.  In most cases, we can look into the shipping issue and on a case by case basis, send a replacement.
