The DVD format is not a high definition format, with a resolution limited to 720×480 (NTSC), 720×576 (PAL) pixels, anything outputted to this format is going to be of lower quality than the resolution of the original content used to create the show.
Displaying a DVD on any display that has a pixel resolution higher than 720×480 will show some signs of softness or blurring when watching the show.
Most issues with playback of Autorun CD output tends to be related to system based issues. This means that there are many reasons that you may see stuttering or jerkiness in playback.
When playing back the file in the show, there is a garbled type noise, or the audio is unintelligible resulting from a corrupted file or a slightly incompatible file.
If you do not hear audio when previewing a show in ProShow or when viewing an online show the most likely cause for this is the Presenter player is muted in the volume mixer. Windows Vista and Windows 7/ 8 have a new volume mixer that allows you to mute specific applications and the Presenter is most likely muted.
