To Troubleshoot problems with ProShow running on Windows, you may need to access the Virtual Store folder and remove unwanted files or folders. Use the steps listed below to help you navigate to this folder on all versions of Windows.
This message is displayed when trying to run ProShow while your Windows resolution is below 1024×768. It can also occur on Windows 7 when the text size has been increased.
The Presenter Plug-in is only available as a 32-bit plugin. It will run fine on 64-bit computers, but it not available for the 64-bit versions of web browsers.
If you’re using Windows 7, or thinking about upgrading to Windows 7, you can expect to continue using ProShow just as you always have.

If you do not hear audio when previewing a show in ProShow or when viewing an online show the most likely cause for this is the Presenter player is muted in the volume mixer. Windows Vista and Windows 7/ 8 have a new volume mixer that allows you to mute specific applications and the Presenter is most likely muted.
